This relaxing sangria recipe is packed with the stress-relieving herbs: chamomile and hibiscus. Perfect for Labor Day!<\/span><\/p>\n

Chamomile<\/b><\/h3>\n

Renowned for relaxing muscles while helping you take a load off emotionally. It\u2019s an awesome pain killer that brings down inflammation in the body, fights spasms and anxious tension. It\u2019s also a great digestive aid\u2014 which makes chamomile infused <\/span>anything<\/span><\/i> the perfect after-dinner beverage.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Hibiscus<\/b><\/h3>\n

A flower that you probably didn\u2019t know was medicinal! Hibiscus is loved for its ability to balance your immune system. -1 cup water<\/span><\/p>\n

-2 limes (1 sliced, 1 juiced)<\/span><\/p>\n

-\u00bd cup dried chamomile<\/span><\/p>\n

-\u00bd cup dried hibiscus<\/span><\/p>\n

-1\/4 cup sugar<\/span><\/p>\n

-1\/4 cup orange liqueur<\/span><\/p>\n

-1\/3 cup halved blueberries, <\/span>halved raspberries, <\/span>cup sliced strawberries<\/span><\/p>\n

-1 bottle of dry, white wine or rose<\/span><\/p>\n

-ice<\/span><\/p>\n

-frozen berries for garnish<\/span><\/p>\n

-Fresh mint for garnish<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Instructions<\/span><\/h3>\n

1. Add water, lime juice, chamomile, hibiscus and sugar to a pot<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Simmer over low heat until the water halves (about 15 minutes)<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Add this herbal syrup to your pitcher<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Add the ice and mint. Mix together<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Add blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Add lime slices<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Add orange liqueur<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Add frozen berries<\/span><\/p>\n

Top off with wine & chill for a few hours before serving<\/span><\/p>\n
